If you have received an email stating that you have received a payment, then follow go to your profile to access the Hyperwallet portal where you can setup a bank account and get your money transferred:

Login to your Partica dashboard:

https://dashboard.partica.com/ 

Click on your profile icon on the top right hand corner of your screen::

and select My Profile.

Click on the Launch portal button and the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions:
